S = Specific.<\/strong> L\u2019obiettivo deve essere specifico, deve quindi essere chiaro e non vago, non deve dare adito ad interpretazioni.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

M = Measurable<\/strong>. L\u2019obiettivo deve essere misurabile deve cio\u00e8 darci l\u2019informazione fondamentale di come si sta progredendo verso il risultato atteso.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A = Achievable<\/strong>. L\u2019obiettivo deve essere raggiungibile in relazione alle risorse date e alle capacit\u00e0 possedute, ma al tempo stesso stimolante.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

R = Relevant<\/strong>. L\u2019obiettivo deve essere s\u00ec stimolante ma anche realistico in quanto obiettivi percepiti come troppo distanti dalle proprie possibilit\u00e0 demotivano le persone.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

T = Time-Based<\/strong>. L\u2019obiettivo infine deve essere assolutamente basato sul tempo,\u00a0occorre quindi definire un periodo entro il quale deve essere realizzato.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
